At 1941 hours, Truck 14 (TK814) and Chief 14A (C814A - McCoy) responded to the 10400 block of Baltimore Avenue for the building fires.  Communications advised they were getting a few calls while units were enroute.  Truck 14 was the first arriving truck and reported they had fire on side charlie in the basement.  The truck crew forced entry, searched, ventilated, threw ground ladders and overhauled.  The fire was quickly extinguished and Rescue Squad 14 was ready for service at 2037 hours.
