At 0044 hours, Rescue Squad 14 was dispatched to northbound I-95 at Sandy Spring Road for the personal injury accident.  First arriving units arrived and reported they had one overturned with two trapped.

Rescue Squad 14 with 8 volunteers and Chief 14A (McCoy) arrived and went to work.  The squad crew stabilized the pickup truck with rescue struts, high-lift jacks, and wood cribbing.  Chief 14A arrived and had "Extrication".  After the car was stabilized, both doors were removed to provide patient access.  Extrication was completed quickly and the patients were transported to local trauma centers.  Rescue Squad 14 was ready for service at 0127 hours.
