At 2133 hours, Rescue Squad 14 was dispatched to southbound I-95 at Powder Mill Road for the personal injury accident.  While units were enroute, Communications upgraded the assignment due to reports of a tractor trailer on top of a car, alerting a battalion chief, EMS officer, medic unit, and a helicopter which was in the area.

Units arrived to find a car partially under a tractor trailer with the driver already removed from the vehicle.  The squad was held to assess the patient who had no injuries and refused transport.

Rescue Squad 14 was ready for service at 2148 hours.
