At 1242 hours, Rescue Squad 14 (SQ814) was alerted to Kenilworth Ave at I-495 for the personal injury accident.  The squad arrived to find one trapped in a classic Chevy Chevelle that collided with a Mack truck.  The squad crew stabilized the vehicle, removed the roof, and created a third door on the passenger’s side to extricate the driver.  Rescue Squad 14 was ready for service at 1322 hours.
