March 7th: Rescue Squad 14, Ambulance 14, and Chief 14A (Kiernan) were alerted to the Inner-Loop of the Capitol Beltway (I-495) IL in the area of the Baltimore-Washington Parkway for reports of a vehicle crashed into the woods. Company 14 arrived to find one overturned in the woods with the driver trapped inside. Chief 14A established the Beltway command, while the volunteer crew from Squad 14 worked to stabilize the vehicle, remove the drive door, and transfer patient care to Ambulance 14.
