First Arriving to Adephi Apartment Fire
On Saturday June 8th, 2020- While in the Hyattsville area for fuel and food, Truck 14 (operating a County reserve unit) and its volunteer crew was alerted to the 5700Blk of Ager Rd in Adephi for reports of an apartment fire with people trapped. Truck 14 was first arriving unit, established tactical command, and made entry to find heavy smoke conditions in an apartment. After multiple searches turned up negative and the fire extinguished, the scene was turned over to fire investigators.
