July 8th-  Truck 14 was alerted to the 6300blk of Cheswold Pl in Lanham for the reported house fire. BHVFD volunteers arrived to find a fire in the basement with hoarding conditions, and conducted searches, opened up the walls to expose the fire, and controlled utilities. BHVFD operated for approximately 1 hour before returning to service.
