Last week, four members of the Berwyn Heights Volunteer Fire Department headed to College Station, Texas to participate in a Structural Collapse Training Course.  The course was offered by TEEX, a well-known institution for providing high-quality, informative training with real-life scenarios developed inside their expansive “Disaster City” training site.

This amazing training opportunity was made possible thru our SAFER grant and will allow the BHVFD to continue to provide the high-quality service our community has come to expect.  Congratulations to our dedicated and passionate members for completing the program and proudly representing ‘No Hose Nation’ in Texas.
