At 1956 hours on September 25th, Truck and Rescue Squad 14 responded to the 9000 block of Breezewood Ter for the apartment fire.

Company 14 arrived to find a 3 story garden style apartment with smoke in the stairwell. A small fire was located in a utility closet on the third floor and quickly controlled.

Company 14 assisted the investigators before returning to service at 2106 hours. Chief 14B [Kiernan] had command.
