At 1235 hours Truck 14 and Technical Support 14 were alerted to the 6900 block of Heidelberg Rd for reports of a car that had gone into a house.

Company 48 arrived on scene to find a single vehicle that had struck a house with the occupant still inside the vehicle.

The front end of the vehicle was resting precariously inside the structure above the basement. The front end of the vehicle was stabilized using box cribs and struts, while the rear of the vehicle on the exterior was tied back to prevent further movement.

The patient was removed from the vehicle. The Truck and Squad were ready for service at 1315 hours.
