At 0512 hours, Company 14 was alerted to the house fire in the 8500 block of Goodluck Rd in Company 48’s area.

Engine 28 went on scene with smoke showing. Units discovered fire in the basement and made access through side Charlie of the structure. The stairwell in the house had burned out.

With Truck 14’s crew completing primary and secondary searches, securing utilities, and ventilating, Engine 28 put a knock on the fire. Company 14 was ready for service at 0705 hours.
