Nov 3rd: BHVFD Ladder Truck 14 was alerted to the 3300BLK of Pennsy Drive in Landover for a reported warehouse on fire. The combined career & volunteer crew arrived to find a fire in a warehouse. Rescue Engine 33 (Kentland) was initially alerted to a fire alarm at the building, but the call was upgraded to a Structure Fire/Box Alarm. The crew split with the interior crew entering the building to assist with extinguishing the fire and the exterior crew going to the roof to open up ventilation hoods. BHVFD and other crews operated for approximately 2 hours before returning to service. Ambulance 14 remained staffed at the station to help cover the area.
