Saturday June 13th, 2020- Truck 14 (operating a County Reserve unit) was alerted to assist units with a working restaurant fire in the 9000Blk of Annapolis Rd in Lanham/New Carrolton. Units initially had light smoke coming from the roof line, however when Truck 14 arrived there was heavy fire and smoke from the roof. Command hit the evacuation tones ordering all units out of the structure while Truck 14 and Kentland VFD Tower 33 set up their aerial ladders for master stream operations. The volunteer crew operated for over two hours.
