Oct 2nd & 3rd- Over the weekend numerous BHVFD volunteer members attended Modern technologies in rope rescue hosted by @rescue2training. The training lasted 2 days and covered numerous advanced rope rescue techniques, with a focus on anchors, vortex configurations, and high line alternatives. The course also allowed Co14 the ability to practice real life scenarios at the University of Maryland’s football stadium. This training was invaluable to sharpen skills for the North Side Technical rescue company.
