At 1902 hours on September 26th, Rescue Squad 14 and Chief 14A [Fabrizio] responded to the area of Northbound Interstate 95 and the ICC for the personal injury accident with entrapment. Units located a box truck partially off the road way on the ramp from the ICC to Southbound I-95 with 1 trapped. Rescue Squad 14 stabilized the box truck and removed the passenger door to extricate the patient. Company 14 was ready for service at 2005 hours.
